Inspiration
The idea of quiet attention, and the deliberate work of getting it back, has fascinated me for a while. Somewhere in that thinking, I came across The Art of Noticing by Rob Walker, a book of small exercises for paying attention to what’s already in front of you, which I found and listened to as a course on the Waking Up app. It didn’t hand me miru miru — the idea was already forming — but it’s part of what sharpened a vague pull into something worth actually building, and it deserves naming.
Neither Rob Walker nor Waking Up is affiliated with miru miru, and nobody is being paid to say this. I do recommend checking out both, though — sincerely.
